About the Accommodation
This well-located property, in an elevated position overlooking the long, sweeping bay of Avlaki, comprises two spacious 2 bedroomed apartments, one on the top floor and one on the lower floor, which also have stunning views across the valley and mountains beyond.
The resort of Kassiopi, and all its amenities, is close by, approximately half hour on foot. The next closest resort is St. Stefanos which is approximately a 5 minute drive and around 40 minutes on foot.
Layout
Each apartment consists of a small living area and well-equipped kitchen with full size cooker, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a shower room with WC. Both apartments have fabulous views over the valley of Avlaki, with sea views from the upper floor apartment. These apartments sleep 2/4 people comfortably. For families of 5 people we can accommodate a 5th person sleeping on a camp bed. A pool area is situated down steps on the lower area and has fabulous views of the green valley and hills in the distance. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided and a small canopied area for shade or for drinking/dining al fresco is just to the side of the pool.

About St. Stefanos
Known by regular visitors as St. Stefanos, this tiny bay is renowned as being one of the most attractive places to stay on the upmarket north-east coast of Corfu.
This picturesque little village has a charming, traditional and wonderfully peaceful feel to it and many people return for their holidays time and time again.
An excellent collection of tavernas and cafes huddle side by side along the pretty harbour front, together with several gift shops and mini markets. St. Stefanos has its own shingly beach for sunbathing, relaxing and watching pleasure cruisers and smart boats going in and out of the bay.
This area is beautifully surrounded by verdant landscapes, has wonderful views from every angle and it is a perfect spot for walkers. Stunning beaches can be found in every direction from here and motor boats are available for hire to reach more secluded bays.
St. Stefanos History
St. Stefanos Sinies, situated on the northeastern coast of Corfu, holds a rich historical tapestry dating back centuries. Official check in time is from 15:00 onwards. These times may vary during high season and busy periods due to the large scale of work for the maids.
On departure day, check out is anytime before 10:00, unless you have made arrangements for late check out.
Prior to your arrival we will leave a booklet in your accommodation listing all local emergency numbers and our own contact numbers which are open all day (and night for emergencies). Our numbers are also on all paperwork sent to you during the booking process. Non-emergency queries i.e. plumbing and other maintenance problems will be dealt with during the day and we ask you to contact our local office during working hours. Please do not forget to take your travel insurance policy details with you!
We do our best to provide a basic welcome pack, particularly for late arrivals. However, due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise it is not guaranteed, especially during high season and busy periods. This pack contains water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. If you wish to order a larger hamper this can be arranged if you send us an email with all your requirements and we will send you a quote. Ideally we need to have the order at least a week before arrival. There is a service charge for this of Euros 20.00 and can be paid locally.
Yes, linen and towels are provided but beach/pool towels are not. Pool towels may be provided in some villas
Generally, all accommodation is cleaned twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. In some properties the maid will come on one of the other days just to remove any rubbish and clean around the pool. Some of the villas have agreements to clean more often, but this can vary from one property to another.
This depends on which property you are staying in. Most televisions in apartments and studios offer only free to air channels showing Greek channels and some English speaking news channels. Some accommodation have smart TVs.
It is unlikely that you will have a washing machine in your apartment or studio. Most villas do have washing machines. Please check the 'facilities' list on the accommodation pages to see what is provided.

Some, not all, apartments and villas have hairdryers. However, if it is important that you have one it may be preferable to bring your own.

No, anti-slip mats are not provided. Guests must be very cautious in all bathrooms as flooring is usually slippery when wet.
No. None of the shared or private pools in any property has a lifeguard. It is vital at all times to stay with children and/or vulnerable people by the pool. Diving is not permitted and depths must be checked before entering the pool. Use of the pool is not encouraged at night and especially when alcohol has been consumed.
